Home Office
RehabVisions’ home office is located in Omaha, Nebraska supporting the nearly 400 employees throughout the company. The following six departments provide various levels of assistance to meet the diverse needs of our staff and clients.
Operations
The backbone of RehabVisions, the Operations department oversees the everyday management of our facilities and their staffs. They keep our staff apprised of reimbursement and regulatory issues and current industry trends. Often on the road, this team is visiting facilities and connecting with employees on a regular basis.
Recruiting
In the competitive therapy world, our recruiters thrive with their combined 30+ years of experience. They are constantly networking with therapists and students to find the best to become part of the RehabVisions team.
Human Resources
With more than 400 employees all over the country, our Human Resources department is a busy one. They handle employee benefits and pride themselves in providing excellent employee support for a variety of HR issues.
Accounting
This team of six is responsible for payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable for the corporate office and our more than 130 accounts.
Marketing/Sales
This team is responsible for developing new business for the company and highlighting the unique culture and strengths that RehabVisions provides.
IT
This team provides technical support for the home office and RVSmart users.
