Joel Larmore is a family man. He lights up when asked about his five grandchildren and says what makes him smile is the knowledge that his three children are having success and are happily married. It is that mentality, he says, that has helped prosper RehabVisions for the past 25 years. "We live the family-centered focus. And we empower our managers to use that basis to help grow their people." Likewise, Joel has taken his father’s advice in running the business - take things "slow and steady." Beyond his family and business, Joel’s passions include good wine and horse-racing. He has dreams of one day owning his own race horse.
