Rick's been with RehabVisions since its very beginning in 1983. He credits the progressive nature of the company and his relationship with his brother, CEO Joel Larmore, for his tenure. Plus his favorite part of work is "the people, undoubtedly." This father of two grown daughters oversees the operations team and manages contracted business in the state of Washington. He is an avid Nebraska Husker fan but a graduate of Iowa State. So what makes Rick smile? "Something clever said," and then he admitted, "Kinkead (see Director of Operations) can make me smile."
