Traditional values. Innovative care.

Values

At RehabVisions, our six corporate values are a part of our everyday work lives.

Excellence

Setting the standards, achieving them and raising them to the next level.

"I was interviewed by a TV station in Des Moines wanting to know if my recovery was some sort of 'miracle'. I simply told them I was determined and had the best rehab staff in the state of Iowa."

From a high school wrestler and star athlete who overcame major odds to make it back to the mat.

Enthusiasm

Combining energy and attitude to truly make a difference in people's lives.

"Some of Belinda's patients have gone as far as saying if it were not for Belinda, they would have given up a long time ago on their therapy. She is positive, punctual, thorough, pleasant, very knowledgeable, patient and very understanding."

Integrity

Building trust and loyalty in all of our professional relationships.

A recent community survey ranked rehab services highest of all our services for our customer satisfaction.

Respect

Earning our reputation through competence and a genuine desire to serve others.

"What a blessed community we have in that the small town of Marion has such an impressive therapy department at St. Luke Hospital. The gals in this department are amazing and do a very professional and caring job. They each go above the call of duty to do what is best for each patient. I have experienced physical therapy in several larger facilities ... I always had a frame of mind that Marion was too small a town to have experienced therapists. What a lesson I have learned!"

Compassion

Commitment to care for others with our minds and our hearts.

A patient had multiple complications from an elective surgery and when finally stabilized was transferred to our SNF for rehab. She had hospitalitis so bad that it was decided to help her plan a party to give her something to look forward to while she worked on getting stronger to go home. The patient made out her guest list and invited her closest friends and family to the party. Over 50 friends showed up during the noon hour to celebrate her successful rehab and anticipated return home within the week. Rehab staff and nursing provided a beautifully decorated table with cupcakes, punch, music and a corsage for her to wear for the drop-by affair. OT even helped her dress twice that day to get just the right outfit and look for the occasion!

Commitment

Inner strength and a powerful purpose to go beyond what is expected.

"My whole department is awesome! We have been short staffed lately and everyone has pitched in to get the caseload handled and continue to take great care of our patients . . . The best thing about our department is the care we have for one another and our patients, no matter how busy we are!"
