Long Term Disability (LTD)
A plan is available for purchase.
Medical
RehabVisions offers both PPO and out-of area medical plans for you and your
family. Your available options will be presented to you during your new employee
orientation.
Section 125 Pre-Tax Plan/Flexible Spending Accounts
There are two types of FSA accounts available,
healthcare and dependent care. Each offers pre-tax advantages and are
funded through payroll deduction.
Voluntary Life
This program allows you to purchase supplement term life insurance for you
and your dependents and to pay for it through payroll deduction. Coverage amounts
are available with medical certification to a maximum of $500,000 for you and
your spouse and to a maximum of $10,000 per child.
Flexibility
Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional, we have
opportunities for you. Choose the type of position that appeals to you, and
select from a number of inviting locations. Once you decide to join the
RehabVisions team, you can choose to transfer from one location to another with
no loss of benefits or tenure. With RehabVisions, the choice is yours.
401(k) Tax Deferred Savings Plan
RehabVisions' 401(k) plan allows you to save money, tax deferred, through
voluntary payroll deductions, with 100% immediate
vesting. Newly hired employees are eligible to enroll the 1st of
the month following 30 days of continuous active employment AND 80 hours has
been worked within those 30 days.
Professional Liability
If you provide patient care, you are covered under RehabVisions' professional
liability insurance policy. We provide this benefit for the protection of both
you as an employee and the company. Our coverage amounts reflect the industry's
standard.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Start earning time off with your very first paycheck. You'll have the
opportunity to earn up to 13 days per year in PTO. To be eligible for PTO, you must be a regular employee and work at
least 20 hours per week.

RehabVisions recognizes six holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Referral Bonus
Contribute to the growth and success of RehabVisions by referring a qualified
employee to the recruiting department. Once the employee has been hired and
completed 90 days of employment, you will receive cash compensation as a thank
you.
Short-Term Disability (STD)
STD is intended to provide you with salary continuation if you are unable to
work for an extended period of time due to a medical necessity. To receive the
STD benefit, you must be a regular employee and work at least 20 hours per week.
You begin earning STD on your first day of employment with a maximum accrual of
520 hours (65 working days).
