In 1990, RehabVisions won the contract to provide therapy services for Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Paving the way for what it would become, founder Joel Larmore, PT provided day-to-day patient care and developed clinical programs for the first few months of contract start-up. Over the years, it has gone from a small-town hospital to a major medical center, and the rehabilitation program has grown along with it. The hospital and RehabVisions have maintained a progressive partnership with an unparalleled focus on excellence in patient care. Chief Operating Officer Vicki Franklin said that the increase in procedures and revenue in both physical therapy and occupational therapy has caused them to outgrow two different locations within the hospital. "We now have a beautiful, 8,000 square feet, state-of-the-art facility, and we have added four off-site clinics to provide even more convenience for our customers," she said. And, a community survey ranked rehab services highest of all services for customer satisfaction. "All of this has been achieved through our cooperation with RehabVisions," she said.
